1. General

These terms apply to all orders placed on tomatograffiti.com (operated by Tomato Graffiti, 125 Beechwood Road, EH47 7PJ, Scotland, contact: hello@tomatograffiti.com).

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Goods (No Returns)
All items in our shop are bespoke, personalized, or produced individually to order.

– No standard returns or cancellations: Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations), custom-made and personalized items are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period. Once production starts or design approval is given, orders cannot be cancelled or returned due to change of mind

– Apparel & Sizing: All clothing items include detailed size charts on the product pages. Please measure carefully before ordering, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection

– Print Shop Orders: Print projects follow a 2-step process:

1. You place the order and send your brief/materials.

2. We send a digital proof via email.

– Printing begins only after your explicit written approval. Once approved, the design is final and cannot be cancelled or changed.

If a design is not approved within 14 days, the order will be cancelled and refunded. (Note: Print Shop services are UK delivery only).

3. Damaged or Faulty Items
Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain fully protected. If your item arrives physically damaged, defective, or with a clear manufacturing fault:

– Contact us immediately at hello@tomatograffiti.com with your order number and photos of the damage/defect.

– We will review it promptly and arrange a free replacement or full refund for verified faulty goods.

4. Shipping & Payment

– Full payment is required before production or dispatch begins.

– SHOP items: Shipped worldwide (customs/import duties are the buyer’s responsibility).

– Print Shop items: UK delivery only.

– Estimated delivery dates are non-binding timeframe guides.

5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
